Custom Order Flow
A customizable ordering system, different from the standard e-commerce flow, was developed for Marewall. Products are not added directly to the cart — the customer first enters the width, height, and other measurement details, selects the desired part of the product, and then completes the purchase. This approach ensures that each order is unique to the customer's wall.
Sample Order System
A sample order system has been integrated to facilitate purchasing decisions. Customers can physically experience product quality, texture, and color before placing a full order. This feature is a critical factor directly affecting the conversion rate, especially in the USA market.
Dual Market Strategy
The site has been structured to appeal to both the US and Turkish markets. A flexible infrastructure was created, taking into account the different pricing, shipping, and payment expectations of both markets.
